Where do you ship from?+
From Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu — the fireworks capital of India, about 300 km from Kerala — at the same prices as our Tamil Nadu and Karnataka stores.
Do you deliver crackers to my home in Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram?+
Yes — courier delivery to your doorstep anywhere in Kerala. The courier calls before delivery; someone should be available to receive the parcel. No pickup point, no collection.
Which places in Kerala do you deliver to?+
Every district and every town or village with a PIN code — Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kollam, Kottayam, Palakkad, Alappuzha, Malappuram, Kannur, Kasaragod, Pathanamthitta, Idukki and Wayanad. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka orders are accepted at the state rate.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Courier transit from Sivakasi is usually 4–8 days, longer in the Diwali rush. Every order placed and paid by 3 November is delivered on or before Diwali (8 November), or refunded in full.
How much is delivery?+
₹600 per order anywhere in Kerala, and free when your product total after coupon is ₹15,000 or more. Other states are charged the state rate shown at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes, ₹5,000. Courier from Tamil Nadu makes smaller orders uneconomical for you; the cart shows a progress bar to the minimum.
Do you sell for Vishu, Christmas and weddings too?+
Yes — the order page is open all year. The same 347 products, the same prices and the same courier delivery for Vishu, Christmas, New Year, weddings, temple and church festivals and housewarmings.
How do I pay?+
From your own UPI app or bank, straight to Sivakasi Enterprises: scan the PhonePe, BHIM or GPay QR, pay to UPI ID sivakasienterprises@ybl or @ibl, pay to PhonePe number 7904567729, or transfer to our State Bank of India current account. All details appear the moment you place your order.
How do I know you received my payment?+
Enter the UPI transaction ID on your order page and the status changes to “payment claimed” instantly. We verify payments at 11 am and 7 pm every day; you get an email and WhatsApp when it becomes “payment verified”. Your order-status link shows every step through to delivery.
Do you accept online payment or cash on delivery?+
Neither. Per Supreme Court guidelines this website is enquiry-only, and couriers carry only fully paid orders. You pay by UPI or bank transfer and confirm with the transaction ID and a WhatsApp screenshot.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Your order-status page shows the courier tracking number after dispatch, and the courier calls before delivering.
What is your refund policy?+
If a paid order placed by 3 November does not reach your door by Diwali, you get a full refund. Once delivered, orders are not returnable, as fireworks cannot be sent back by courier. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded on a photo sent within 24 hours.
